Pro arguments
Seperation of Church and State
No law should EVER be written if it was conceived from a religious belief. This is the separation of church and state. If we don't have that, we are now the same as Islamic states like Afghanistan. The only reason for not allowing someone to make the choice for themselves is religious or a PERSONAL BELIEF. Choices should be specific to the case or scenario and shouldn't be dictated but a narrow minded course of action. People that usually need a abortion NEED one and abortions ARE NEVER TAKEN AS LIGHTLY AS PEOPLE THINK. Big choices like such should be up to the individual not Religious or personal beliefs.
Impact on the lives of victims
Is it morally acceptable to disallow victims of sex crime, who unfortunately got pregnant of such awful happening, to abort their pregnancy?
In my opinion abortion should be an option for these victims, which are dealing with the psychological aftermath of such an horrible happening.

Who Decides What is Right and Wrong?
Who says that murder is wrong? Who says that I can't take something that belongs to you if I want it?
What right does the government have to prevent me from taking your life?
There must be a standard. IF God exists and in fact created this world, THEN He has the right to set the standard. If not, then over time, this- like every other mainstream controversy- becomes an issue of who talks the loudest.
